 This series was created during and after my recovery from a traumatic injury. After living with restrictions on movement for many months, I felt a new level of gratitude for the optimism and color that comes with spring, I wanted to lay down with the trees and flowers, and really soak it in. These large-format images are a reflection of that time and that mindset.
